Revision Rhinoplasty

This stunning patient is just 10 days out from a 3rd revision Open Septorhinoplasty.  We are excited to show the early results and will continue to post updated pictures so you can follow her healing with us.

This lovely young lady is now 6 months post Revision Open Septorhinoplasty. You can see delicate refinement of the nose and the softness of the outcome. We look forward to sharing the updated 1-year photos when we reach that point in time. The techniques necessary to achieve this type of result with a revision Rhinoplasty have themselves been refined, revised, perfected, and polished by Dr. Sepehr with great attention to detail over many years, proving that there is no substitute to experience when it comes to complex surgical procedures.

This lovely patient desired a most rested appearance which was achieved simply by addressing the dark circles under her eyes using filler to the hollowed tear troughs.  She also had a finesse revision Tipplasty after a rhinoplasty in the distant past which had left the tip of her nose rounded and a nose that was short for her overall facial proportions.  We refined her results by giving her tip better definition.

This patient came to us for a revision rhinoplasty and we were able to give her such a softer look by addressing the harsh features of the nose after the original rhinoplasty.  Please see how a natural looking nose can accentuate her absolutely stunning eyes.

This lovely young lady is over 1 year out from her Revision Rhinoplasty and thrilled with her results. A high level result can elevate the features of the face instead of make them look drawn down.

These pictures are one year after the THIRD Rhinoplasty on this beautiful young lady (inside and out)! She had trouble breathing in and blowing her nose. The bridge was over reduced and the tip was over projected causing a scooped out or ski slope appearance. Furthermore, the tip was deviated off to one side. You can see in the after photos that all these issues have been corrected. In spite of her thin skin, since she had had two rhinoplasties in the past, there is still some swelling above the tip of her nose. This is an area that will conform to the structure underneath by the two year mark. She is an out of state patient who is already thrilled and relieved that she never has to worry about her nose ever again. Whenever we have the opportunity to take photos of longer term results, we look forward to sharing them.

This lovely patient had rhinoplasty that resulted in nose that looked sharp and pointy. The 3/4 or oblique views gave appeared droopy. Finally there was hanging columella from the front. We were able to address all of these features creating a more natural and beautiful nose for her.

This patient was thrilled with her results and we could not be happier for her and feel lucky to share in this journey and experience with such wonderful patients.

This beautiful woman had a primary rhinoplasty 10 years ago.  Fate would have that she waited to find us and we could not be happier.  Please see the nuances of improvement from the nostrils, of course, to a more normal tip definition, and a smooth contour to the bridge.  She is just at 3 weeks.  Before this surgery she regretted ever touching her nose because her original nose was better.  She said it is now better than her original nose and the result she was looking for in the first place.
