This lovely lady is beautiful inside and out. She had Dr. Sepehr's Tripartite Lip Lift. Sometimes people wonder if they will still benefit from lip filler after getting a lip lift. The answer is that they will in fact benefit more from a smaller amount of lip filler. When there is a long distance between the nose and the Vermilion (red lip) border, people usually need more filler to see any difference, and any amount of filler is more likely to push the lip forward and give the notorious duck lip appearance. After a lip lift, the lips look better at baseline even without filler and, interestingly, they are also more receptive to filler, meaning a small amount of filler helps to restore their suppleness. As a result, the individual looks softer and more delicate with lip filler after a lip lift than before.
