This lovely lady desired a rested, rejuvenated appearance around her eyes.  She was a good candidate for a brow lift and upper and lower eyelid lift.  Please note that her hairline is moved forward shortening the length of her forehead, to give a more youthful appearnace.  This is different than all other brow lift techniques that shift the hairline back making the forehead longer.

Lower Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Lift) and filler in the tear troughs.  Please look at the nuances of a natural result, getting a smooth contour from lower eyelid to the cheek so there is no shadowing giving a tired appearance without overly hollowing or puffing out the area.  And the most important key to a natural result is keeping the shape of the eyes exactly the same.

Isolated Upper Blepharoplasty: Take a look at the before and 1 year after pictures on this beautiful young woman. As you can see, even an upper eyelid by itself can give a very rested and refreshed appearance. As you can see in these close-up images, the incisions heal very well and leave very little, if any, evidence of any scar. This procedure has softened the patient's look by reducing tension in the eyebrows. By allowing natural brow relaxation, it has even reduced the hollow appearance of the upper eyelids without the need for any kind of fat transfer. Finally, as you can see in the upward looking gaze at the camera, there is no longer any skin resting on the eyelashes.
