This lovely lady had a Septorhinoplasty 1 year ago. You can see that functionally the nose had dynamic collapse of the right nostril whenever she would inhale through the nose. That was addressed so she is breathing normally. Furthermore, the cosmetic changes with an emphasis on looking natural resulted in nose that looks like she was born with it, complementing her other features.
