Keeping Your Eyes Young and Playful

eyelid-surgeryI believe the eyes are the window to the soul. Because our eyes are so important to our day-to-day interactions with others, whether it be verbal or nonverbal communication, I want to help my patients maintain their ability to engage others with their eyes. Unfortunately, the eyes tend to show aging earlier than many other facial features. However, whether your eyes have dark circles beneath them, drooping or sagging skin above them, or even bulging fat pads beneath them, eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, can revive the youthfulness in your eyes and face. The surgery can be performed on the upper eyelid, lower eyelid, or both, depending on each patient’s individual needs. Maybe you have noticed that the face you see in the mirror just doesn’t seem to reflect the same level of energy you feel inside. Perhaps you are not able to get the same response from others as before. With blepharoplasty, I can help you to restore the ability to spark interest in another soul with just a look.

With eyelid surgery at my plastic surgery practice, my patients can have upper and/or lower eyelid surgery without the need for anesthesia. After blepharoplasty, patients typically have little to no discomfort throughout recovery. Many of my patients have been impressed with how comfortable and easy the entire process is. If you are interested in eyelid surgery, please contact my office to schedule a consultation with me. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you to regain a young and playful look to your face!
